Shipping and Postcode Guide for MyUtopian Customers.

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, located in Victoria.

Products are picked usually the next day after full payment is received.

Stock availability shown on the site is for your reference only.

While we strive to provide the most accurate and timely stock information, it may become out of stock and may change between the time you add an item to your cart and the time your order is received by us.

Utopian distributors work with three main couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service.

Undeliverable Packages:

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our Customer Service Representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address:

If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch.
A re-delivery cost will occur and needs to be paid up-front for any products that are returned to us, that require re-addressing.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel at your local Post Office.

Rejected by Receiver:

If your item is a gift, please ensure that the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection.
A re-delivery cost will occur and needs to be paid up-front for any products that are returned to us, that require re-addressing.

Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.

If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our Customer Service.

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available.

Undeliverable Postcodes:

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to.

Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some product/s.

Please kindly contact our Customer Service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to remote areas to ensure your order could possibly be processed successfully.

For customers in Victoria, approximately 3-8 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 5-10 working days;

For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 7-14 working days.

Peak season

For customers in Victoria, approximately 8 - 13 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 10 - 15 working days;

For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 12 - 19 working days.
